Who do you typically work with?
Founders, family offices, private partnerships, and boards who hold meaningful equity positions and want independent, ongoing management of those positions.
Is there a minimum engagement?
We don't publish a hard minimum. Most mandates involve equity positions of several million dollars or more, but we're happy to talk through smaller, complex situations.
How are fees structured?
Either a flat annual retainer or a percentage of equity under oversight, agreed in writing before work begins. We don't earn commissions, placement fees, or referral income.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day for email and form submissions. Current clients have a direct line to their named partner.
Do you offer investment advice or sell securities?
No. EquityGround Partners manages and administers equity positions; we do not sell securities or operate a pooled fund.
